Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Squid Circle. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (squidcircle.com), our training content, and our AI automation services. By accessing our platform or engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Services Provided
Squid Circle provides educational content regarding artificial intelligence (via the Skool platform and YouTube), as well as done-for-you agency services including the deployment of "SquidBot"—an AI system built upon the OpenClaw framework.
2. Intellectual Property
- Content: All original content, tutorials, and training materials provided by Squid Circle remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or resell this content without explicit written permission.
- OpenClaw & SquidBot: The core OpenClaw framework is open-source. However, the custom configurations, prompts, and specific integration architectures (the "SquidBot Build") deployed for your business by our agency remain subject to the licensing terms agreed upon in your specific Agency contract.
3. AI Risks and Limitation of Liability
Artificial Intelligence models are rapidly evolving and can occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or unexpected outputs (often referred to as "hallucinations").
- Squid Circle provides training and implementation "as is."
- We are not liable for any business losses, damages, or reputational harm resulting from the outputs generated by AI models or custom SquidBot deployments.
- You agree to implement human oversight and review mechanisms for any automated processes we help you build.
4. Community Guidelines
Members of the Squid Circle Skool community are expected to maintain a professional, respectful environment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the community for any user who engages in harassment, spamming, or unauthorized solicitation of other members.
